Riding around NOT huffing Paint

If you don't know..and you should Secondlife turned 7 years old this week. I've not even been in secondlife a year and I wonder what it would have been like to be around in the beta/pioneer days. I've been going on and off the last few days to hear music, listen to speakers, and visit exibits. Well I thought had a picture of Philip Linden...He sorta looked like a noob..but maybe that's what he is going for. I would have loved to hear the rest of his speech but a lot of people crashed and then we couldn't get back over. That's life in SL.

My new Uncle named Cog gave me a bike he made. So I decided to take it for a spin. I went to Pleaseantville to ride. I found a movie theater there. I sat alone...in the dark... eating carmal popcorn. I wouldn't mind living there..the lawns are perfect. They have a police patrol and my high school is there....At home right now I can't move because of Lag. Our new house is beyond beautiful but I hate not being able to move. Mom and Dad are going to help me work on my computer...see if that helps.

Speaking of Uncle Cog...There are some two new teen places that have popped up lately. One is his daughters place. DAVI and the other is my friend Shawty's place CHAOS!

I dig Uncle Cog and he digs my accent. He put us all in jars the other day. Says he is going to bottle some southern bells..lol..He's a goober.

So I've mainly been roaming around making new friends and looking for interesting places to be. I have to admit I like welcome areas. People talk on voice there and give each other a hard time. I know I shouldn't find it funny..but I really do...lol.

Now it's Friday. Today is Fifty Linden Friday. Sometimes there are some really great finds on the list and oddly enough I meet a lot of people I really like while doing 50 L Friday.

I hope I find some kind of activity to do in SL before I start hanging with the wrong crowd. I'd hate to start doing whip it's in a dirty alley with kids that have runny eyeliner and siver rings around their mouths.

I know your jealous Micheal Jackson Made an appearance in my blog.

Yea that's right.. Mich hopped on the trolley at Mouse World. Took a left...and ended up in my blog. You didn't know my blog was beside mouse world??? Weird. :)

Summer is a little slow...just like your mom...lol. And I'm trying to find something to do..I hang alot...sorta like Micheal's monkey.

I like going to MAW. (Making Wishes Come True) cause there are always kids there. So I TPed over the other day and Mr. Arkin had been working at the school and seen me on his Radar. So he walked on over.

I miss school. Blah. So we headed back over to his sim and took a drive in his rad bad automobile.

We ran into... Dwyhte ( literally).. :) He and Joc are now a happy married couple. Em said Joc looked like an Angel. :)

So Dymond...wanted me to go to Mouse World..She also Tped Markis in as well...scandalous.
Everyone's friends now..so that's good in the hood.

Dymond wanted to ride one ride in particular... "The Haunted Mansion" I managed to get a picture of her screaming. She's a scardy cat...lol

Like I said...I want to find something to do in SL this summer. I would love to start doing ballet in second life. I was invited to preview a show from Ballet Pixelle called "Avatara" It was just the preview...but it was one of the more creative things I have seen in SL. I'm all about the creativity.

Also I would like to say Happy Father's day to all you Dads. I hope My SL dad Coal Edge enjoyed his gift.

So look for this blog every friday from now on.

p.s. I'm starting to get a crush again. lol..

Graduation Day

So...I'm a graduating fool. Yep...Next year I will be a sophomore at Hard Knocks life. :D
Here is some picture roos.

I was the Salutatorian. Second Highest Grade Point average....pretty good for someone that came in mid year. Here's my speech. :D

"I want to start by saying thank you to all the friends and family of the students here at Hard Knocks Life High School for coming today to celebrate this occasion. So here we are. Graduation day. A day to reflect on memories we have shared together. Like going on a field trip to the Nasa sim and seeing the rockets or Pirate/under the sea Prom. Where we all had to meet our fate by walking the Plank. . We came here to open our minds to different aspects of SL. Some of us learned how to build things and texture them. Some realized we liked writing stories, some of us learned about other worlds aka scripting lol. Some of us are funny while others are quiet and sweet. I have loved the challenge of being here and also the fun.. There is a sense when you TP here of what a great place it is. Mr. Arkin the Principal and all of our teachers want us to be Second life successful. When I think of success I see it as living your life with integrity and to not give in to peer pressure to try to be something that you're not. Success is to be honest and to contribute in some way...Follow your passion, stay true to yourself, never follow someone else's path. So I want to thank the staff on behalf of the students. How about a big round of applause? But where would we be with out our families? I know for me my parents and my siblings are everything to me. They are forever incouraging and kind. They are the soft place to land when may day has been not so wonderful. So I want to thank my family and all of yours for being there for us. Lastly...but not leastly..lol...the students aka my peeps lol...some of us may not be here next year but I hope we stay close. Some of us will never grow up and school will be like a second home . Whatever path you choose will be your very own. I've enjoyed getting to know you all and letting you into my life RL and SL. :) From me to you....I hope your dreams take you to the corners of your smiles, to the highest of your hopes, to the windows of your opportunities, and to the most special places your heart has ever known. So......Put a smile on that pixeled face...I'm sure you have a hud for it somewhere in your inventory. :D"

So now it's summer and I'm looking for something to do. Now that I'm newly single and out of school....I have an interview on Tuesday for an SL magazine. Cross your fingers I get it.

And I wanted to show you guys my friend Elisha Hubbards new clothing line Baker's Dozen and she also has a braces line with a build in smile so you don't have to wear the AO or Hud. WORD!

You can visit her shop here. :D

So yea...I broke up with Markis. It was the right thing to do. We work better as friends. And that's all I'm really going to say about that.

And I wanted to say once again...even though I know I say it all the time. I love my parents and friends on SL so much. Thank you Mom and Dad for the beautiful ring and all the encouragement you give me on a daily. And All you goober dork a saurs I call my friends...thanks for coming to the after party at my house and being such tards on a daily I love you almost as much as pie but not nearly as much as biscuits and gravy. Abs Out.
